  Feedback: This is my first time ordering here and want to give some candid feedback. On the positive side, there is a wide variety of choices on the website which is nice. Response from the chat feature was almost instantaneous. There were no issues with delivery and online payment and my order was correct. What wasn't so nice was that the 18 Simple Kisses I ordered looked a lot "cheaper" than on the website picture. The vase was a standard straight-up rectangle instead of hourglass, the arrangement was too verticle, and there cheap-looking ribbons added (presumably for Valentine's day) with corny wordings which I didn't appreciate. I guess I expected something more elegant and tasteful. Also, the roses were already too mature, and I only hope this is because of Valentine's Day demand/supply. -- Larry Kwong

Get a phone line. Communicating with customers thru email, web and chat may be cheaper and cool for some, but some customers prefer to explain over the phone. 2. Make sure the actual product doesn't deviate too far from the website picture without checking first with the customer. Some deviation is expected, but in my case it was too much and I believe well within the control of the person preparing the arrangement. 3. Add more detail in the web catalog description for each product so we know exactly what goes into each flower arrangement/bouquet. 4. Allow customers to click on the image to see a larger (and sharper image) so we can see finer detail of what goes into the product.
